What does Supported Solution do?
Supported Solution partners with the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), and the Foundational Community Support Program (FCS) to provide Employment Services for those seeking to start, improve, or change their career. Our experienced team has developed over a hundred jobs over many years in the Puget Sound region inside a wide variety of industries, both in the public and private sector.
As a client, we start by helping identifying your path to increased outcomes and success, and work to match you with a fulfilling position where we can support your success.
What Services does Supported Solution Provide?
Our expertise is in working with clients who live with physical or developmental disabilities, and assisting them in reaching their employment goals. We have extensive experience is creating customized jobs for people with developmental disabilities in the community.
Supported Solution accepts referrals for the following services:
- Supported Employment Services
- Independent Living (IL) Services
- Community-Based Assessments (CBAs)
- Discovery of Skills and Skill Building
- Job Development and Job Placement Services
- Job Retention Services and ongoing support
