ANDREW HARMAN, Founder & CEO OF SUPPORTED SOLUTION

Andrew Harman

Andrew approaches job development with the passion that comes from years of direct experience in the field. As a direct service provider and job developer for those with developmental disabilities, he has customized over 50 supported employment positions in the Puget Sound region -- across a wide variety of industries and companies in both the public and private sectors.


He brings his expertise in the area of discovery, job development, job design, and work site fading strategies to consultants in a day-long training geared towards improving the skills and outcomes for job developers and coaches in the region.

Hello! My name is Katie Dowers and I am the South King County Program Manager here at Supported Solution. I love my job because it allows me to work with a wide variety of individuals. I am a self described "people person", and I love working with the businesses and clients that I get to interact with on a daily basis. Seeing a client grow more confident in their skills and abilities is one of the most rewarding aspects of this job. Each individual that we work with is so different and unique, and it is such a joy seeing them learn more about themselves and the work they can do.

Melissa Molina De-Anda, pROGRAM MANAGER

Melissa Molina De-Anda

My passion for people has always been at the forefront of what I do. I have extensive experience working in customer-facing roles for over 7 years. Throughout my career, I have honed my communication skills and developed a deep understanding of the importance of providing empathy and kindness. Focusing my career path around people has helped me to connect with others from all walks of life, I have become adept at identifying and addressing the unique needs of each individual. My ability to empathize with others and provide thoughtful guidance has molded me into a  resource for those who are underrepresented in our community. I strive to make a  positive impact in the lives of those around me and will forever be a huge advocate for those within marginalized communities.

Hello, my name is Brigid Conroy. I’m an advocate for equitable employment opportunities for people with disabilities. With a passion for inclusive employment and workers’ rights, I support and guide our clients through every stage of their vocational development. I believe in building communal support systems to create work environments where everyone’s contributions are valued. I strive to cultivate a society where people with disabilities are not marginalized by economic systems but are empowered to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the workforce on their own terms.

Hi, Annmarie here! I was born and raised in southern Colorado and moved to Washington almost a decade ago. My husband and kids are my biggest supporters, I love spending my free time with them. Using my previous experience as a direct support staff, I find ease in communicating and connecting with individuals from all walks of life. I like to say diversity is what makes this world go round. I’m excited to see what the future holds. I look forward to using my skills, knowledge, and compassion to advocate for those who need it the most.

Hello my name is Sebastian Lumsden! I am a born "seattlelite" and have always loved sharing the experiences and opportunities that this city provides. As a person with disabilities myself, I have a passion for normalizing and supporting the struggles that our people face on small and large scales through their lives. While my time in the educational field has provided me with experience, my expertise comes in out of the box thinking to provide a unique and creative experience for those around me. The world is hard enough, and my goal is to lessen the weight of those who struggle to carry it on their backs.

Hi there! My name is Kaytee! Before starting with Supported Solution, I spent 3 years working as a veterinary assistant! I have always had a love and passion for advocating for those who need it and Supported Solution allows me to do just that! Over the last 8 years, I’ve been able to make and grow connections with so many people from all different walks of life and I absolutely adore getting to work with my clients and see their confidence and passions flourish. What brought me to Supported Solution is my passion for mission-driven organizations that don’t just talk the talk, but truly live out their values. I bring a background in mental health counseling to my role as an employment consultant, and I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Washington. Hello! I'm Kiwi Barone. Originally from Washington, D.C. (the other Washington), I moved to lovely Alki Beach, Seattle in 2012. After more than 20 years in corporate business marketing, I decided to "retire" to pursue work that felt more meaningful. A strong passion for helping people thrive through joy—a discovery I made while managing—led me to seek a career focused on that very goal.


Supported Solution provides me with the rewarding opportunity to empower diverse adults with the coaching and encouragement they need to thrive, while also allowing me to be present for my two daughters.  Hi, my name is Sicily Downes. I have always found passion in being an advocate for mental health, and for people in need- especially those in marginalized communities. This led me to obtain my bachelors degree in applied psychology with my minor in sociology. Through my 10 years of experience with customer service and retail environments, I have learned to become a creative communicator and problem-solver. It has long been an ideal of mine that a happy and healthy life is one that is accepted, understood, and that has a purposeful role in community. Everyone has unique skills and abilities and it will be my pleasure to help people actualize them through the goal of employment. I love learning about people’s experiences and differences, and I believe diversity is essential to societal development!
