Hello! My name is Katie Dowers and I am the South King County Program Manager here at Supported Solution. I love my job because it allows me to work with a wide variety of individuals. I am a self described "people person", and I love working with the businesses and clients that I get to interact with on a daily basis. Seeing a client grow more confident in their skills and abilities is one of the most rewarding aspects of this job. Each individual that we work with is so different and unique, and it is such a joy seeing them learn more about themselves and the work they can do.

Hello my name is Sebastian Lumsden! I am a born "seattlelite" and have always loved sharing the experiences and opportunities that this city provides. As a person with disabilities myself, I have a passion for normalizing and supporting the struggles that our people face on small and large scales through their lives. While my time in the educational field has provided me with experience, my expertise comes in out of the box thinking to provide a unique and creative experience for those around me. The world is hard enough, and my goal is to lessen the weight of those who struggle to carry it on their backs. 

Hello! My name is Victoria and I’m an employment consultant here at Supported Solution. I’m passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment. My goal is to provide personalized guidance to help navigate the complexities of the job market while assisting in the development of essential job skills. Outside of work, I’m a Seattle area native that enjoys attending music festivals and spending quality time with family and friends. I also have a deep appreciation for art, which inspires creativity and a fresh perspective in my personal and professional life.

Hi, I'm Kate! I was born in Northern California, but I've lived on both coasts and am thrilled to have settled in the beautiful Seattle area. I'm a plant nerd with no talent for gardening, so I make paper sculptures of plants and flowers for fun. I apply that same creativity to supporting clients in finding the right job. I think everyone can flourish in the right soil, and I'm honored to be part of that process here at Supported Solution.

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and Seattle is a city I love to call home. Over the past few years, I have gained valuable experience working as a teacher, paraprofessional, and earning my business administration degree. I’ve always had a passion for coaching in sports and at work, and I feel lucky to have that opportunity every day at work.

As an employment consultant, I strive to build meaningful relationships through trust and communication with my clients and their support network. My goal is to empower individuals to build confidence, learn new skills, and discover fulfillment in their work. I’m proud to be a part of such a dedicated and compassionate team at Supported Solution.

After working as an educator, I developed a deep passion for advocating for individuals and supporting their personal and professional growth. I find great fulfillment in building relationships, helping people gain confidence, and guiding them as they pursue their career goals.
