Hello, my name is Brigid Conroy. I’m an advocate for equitable employment opportunities for people with disabilities. With a passion for inclusive employment and workers’ rights, I support and guide our clients through every stage of their vocational development. I believe in building communal support systems to create work environments where everyone’s contributions are valued. I strive to cultivate a society where people with disabilities are not marginalized by economic systems but are empowered to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the workforce on their own terms. 

 Greetings and salutations! My name is Kevin Garcia. I center my work on community advocacy and representation for marginalized communities. The importance of action in intersectionality, and common ground acknowledgement through empathy and commitment to our shared spaces led me to fortunately be a part of this great team. Advocating for our community members with disabilities to build spaces where is we are all working together is essential in understanding one another. Everyone has something to contribute. And everyone deserves that chance.  

Hello! I'm Kiwi Barone. Originally from Washington, D.C. (the other Washington), I moved to lovely Alki Beach, Seattle in 2012. After more than 20 years in corporate business marketing, I decided to "retire" to pursue work that felt more meaningful. A strong passion for helping people thrive through joy—a discovery I made while managing—led me to seek a career focused on that very goal.

Supported Solution provides me with the rewarding opportunity to empower diverse adults with the coaching and encouragement they need to thrive, while also allowing me to be present for my two daughters. I truly look forward to coming to work. Collaborating daily with an amazing team of employment consultants to create, problem-solve, and succeed makes this a deeply fulfilling career. I'm very happy to be here!

 I am originally from southeastern Washington and bring a strong background in customer service to the team. This experience has fueled my passion for helping individuals find exactly what they need and supporting their success. By providing empathy, guidance, and reassurance, I aim to empower others to feel confident and capable in their lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, whether we are exploring Seattle or staying in to play games accompanied by our cats, Arty and Goose. 

My background in property management taught me the importance of communication, organization, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with people from all walks of life. Today, I’m using those same skills in a different but equally meaningful way: supporting adults with developmental disabilities as they pursue employment and greater independence. For me, this work is a natural extension of what I’ve always valued—serving others, building relationships, and helping people reach their goals. I’m proud to be using my experience and skills to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and in my community. 

 Hello, my name is Dominic! I spent many years working for the Walt Disney Company, where I developed a strong background in customer service, training employees, and helping people succeed. My experience at Disney taught me the importance of creating meaningful connections, listening to people’s individual needs, and making sure everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported. I’m also a travel photographer and small business owner. Through photography and storytelling, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with people and communities from many different backgrounds and use my work to highlight places, experiences, and perspectives that deserve to be seen. I’m passionate about advocacy, representation, and creating more inclusive communities where people of all abilities and backgrounds have the opportunity to be seen, heard, and successful.

I believe some of the most impactful work we can do is helping people recognize their own possibilities. I’m excited to bring my experience, creativity, and genuine passion for helping others to everything I do. 

Hello! I’ve recently moved to Seattle from Oregon! Back home, I completed my Bachelor’s degree of Sociology at the University of Oregon - scoducks - focusing my studies in biopsychology, social justice, and human relationships. In addition to that, I’ve worked at least a day or two in a wide variety of industries. I’m always happy to help a neighbor paint a fence or plant a garden. I’ve been lucky enough to teach some kiddo’s art classes and I’ve spent time in

regular classrooms too. I am also incredibly well versed around an espresso machine. I pride myself on being open and excited about life! I am a life long learner and I can’t wait to see what lessons, and people, and locations all these new experiences have waiting for me.
