Hello, my name is Brigid Conroy. I’m an advocate for equitable employment opportunities for people with disabilities. With a passion for inclusive employment and workers’ rights, I support and guide our clients through every stage of their vocational development. I believe in building communal support systems to create work environments where everyone’s contributions are valued. I strive to cultivate a society where people with disabilities are not marginalized by economic systems but are empowered to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the workforce on their own terms. 

 Greetings and salutations! My name is Kevin Garcia. I center my work on community advocacy and representation for marginalized communities. The importance of action in intersectionality, and common ground acknowledgement through empathy and commitment to our shared spaces led me to fortunately be a part of this great team. Advocating for our community members with disabilities to build spaces where is we are all working together is essential in understanding one another. Everyone has something to contribute. And everyone deserves that chance.  

Hello! I'm Kiwi Barone. Originally from Washington, D.C. (the other Washington), I moved to lovely Alki Beach, Seattle in 2012. After more than 20 years in corporate business marketing, I decided to "retire" to pursue work that felt more meaningful. A strong passion for helping people thrive through joy—a discovery I made while managing—led me to seek a career focused on that very goal.

Supported Solution provides me with the rewarding opportunity to empower diverse adults with the coaching and encouragement they need to thrive, while also allowing me to be present for my two daughters. I truly look forward to coming to work. Collaborating daily with an amazing team of employment consultants to create, problem-solve, and succeed makes this a deeply fulfilling career. I'm very happy to be here!

 I am originally from southeastern Washington and bring a strong background in customer service to the team. This experience has fueled my passion for helping individuals find exactly what they need and supporting their success. By providing empathy, guidance, and reassurance, I aim to empower others to feel confident and capable in their lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, whether we are exploring Seattle or staying in to play games accompanied by our cats, Arty and Goose.
